A four-bed room on the first floor with an attic, a double bed and a set of twin beds, with its own bathroom with a shower and a a fully equipped kitchen with cooking hot plates, an exhaust hood,  a fridge, a kettle, a sandwich toaster, a coffee-maker and cooking utensils, two independent air-conditioning units, two TV sets and its own furnished veranda.
